This two-hour session will include a look at the impact of mentoring followed by a panel discussion that explores how certification not only benefits you as a case manager, but your employer as well. The panelists represent a variety of specializations and practice settings, allowing them to bring unique perspectives to the discussion. Please come join us, bring your questions and share your experiences and stories with us and your colleagues at the New World Symposium 2019.

Explore the benefits of mentoring
Identify factors that enable effective mentoring and characteristics of effective mentors
Identify effects of adverse mentoring
Discuss how mentoring can be used by case management teams
