Earn Credits/Contact Hours for Your Licenses and Certifications
Continuing education is a cornerstone of CCMC’s 2023 Virtual Symposium, and we know it’s an important factor when you are deciding whether you will be joining us. Each year after the program is set, CCMC staff work together with accrediting bodies to determine the number of continuing education hours that are approved to be offered. Please continue to monitor the page for updates.
- Virtual Symposium attendees have the opportunity to earn up to twenty (20) continuing education credits including CCM, CDMS, RN, and other types:
- Attendees can earn up to eleven (11) continuing education credits from attending ALL live sessions and can earn up to an additional eight (8) continuing education credits by accessing the session recordings post-event.
- Table Topic sessions will not be available as a post-event recording.
- Social work continuing education credits can only be earned with attendance at live sessions.
- Includes up to two (2) CCM and/or CDMS Ethics credits when attending the live sessions.
- One (1) additional continuing education credit may be earned post-Symposium by viewing and completing the evaluation for the CMLearning Network© webinar, Building Interprofessional Team Skills for Collaborative Practice.
- The number of CE approved for CCMC’s 2023 Virtual Symposium may also vary by credit type.
The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is accredited as a provider of New York State social work CEs by the New York State Education Department.
This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886719516-9562) for 11 continuing education contact hours.
Disclosures
CCMC requires all speakers, planners, and reviewers to abide by the CCMC Standards for Disclosure and Commercial Support, as well as any standards, policies, or requirements of the various accrediting organizations. The expectation is that all presentations will be unbiased in nature and content, will not include any trade or brand names, and will only refer to generic drugs and products. There will be no group messages included such as company logos, handouts, or other items.
