Earn Credits For Your Licenses and Certifications

Attend sessions in each time slot and earn up to 19 CEs* towards maintaining your CCM Certification, with the added benefit of earning credits towards licenses and certifications from multiple allied health organizations in nursing, social work, and other related fields. To receive continuing education credit, participants must attend the sessions for which they intend to claim credit in full and complete the evaluation at the conclusion of the conference.

Pre-Cons Only
Choose from 3 Educational Pre-Conference Tracks and earn 4 CEs towards maintaining your CCM Certification, with the added benefit of earning credits towards licenses and certifications from multiple allied health organizations in nursing, social work, and other related fields.

Post-Cons Only                                
Choose from 2 Educational Post-Conference Tracks and earn 2 CEs towards maintaining your CCM Certification, with the added benefit of earning credits towards licenses and certifications from multiple allied health organizations in nursing, social work, and other related fields.

Pre-Con and Conference
Attend a Pre-Conference Track and the Symposium and earn up to 17 CEs towards maintaining your CCM Certification.

Post-Con and Conference
Attend a Post-Conference Track and the Symposium and earn up to 15 CEs towards maintaining your CCM Certification. 

CE credit has been approved from the following organizations:

  • NASW- This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886719516-3351) for 19 continuing education contact hours. (Please note that the NASW approval does not include Michigan, West Virginia, New Jersey, Idaho and Oregon)
  • CCMC- This program has been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification for 19 CEs.
  • CDMS- This program has been pre-approved by the Certification of Disability Management Specialist for 19 CEs.
  • ANCC- This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission of Accreditation (ANCC) through the joint providership of the WOCN® Society and the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC)
  • CRCC- This program has been approved from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification approval number is TRN1904309.
  • CPHQ- This program has been approved by the National Association for Healthcare Quality for 19 CPHQ continuing education hours.
  • AOTA- This program is approved as an AOTA Approved Single Course Provider of continuing education. CCMC - Commission for Case Manager Certification is authorized to assign 1.9 AOTA CEUs for CCMC New World Symposium 2017 from January 26-28, 2017. 
  • ACMA- approved under ANCC accreditation 
  • FSBPT- ProCert has approved certification in the amount of 14.0 Continuing Competence Units (CCUs) for this activity.
  • ASHHRA- This conference has been approved for 19.0 recertification credit hours toward Certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR) recertification through the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), the nation’s only membership organization exclusively dedicated to health care human resources leaders.
  • NY State Social Workers- Commission on Case Manager Certification is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0430. 

CE Evaluations will be available after each session.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission of Accreditation (ANCC) through the joint providership of the WOCN® Society and the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission of Accreditation (ANCC). The WOCN® Society was awarded Accreditation with Distinction, the highest recognition awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Accreditation Program. The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 15115

CCMC requires all speakers, planners and reviewers to abide by the CCMC Standards for Disclosure and Commercial Support, as well as any standards, polices or requirements of the various accrediting organizations. The expectation is that all presentations will be unbiase  in nature and content, will not include any trade or brand names and will only refer to generic drugs and products. There will be no group messages included such as company logos, handouts or other items.
