Join these Disability Management specialists and CCMC Commissioners as they dive into the laws governing discrimination of persons with disabilities. Come learn about the value of the Interactive Process, gain clarity of key Workers' Compensation terms and understand how RTW plans are developed for transitional and alternative placements. The session will also explore the importance of why employers should have processes in place to avoid discrimination and liability for non-compliance.
Learners with gain understanding/evolution of the ADA (1990), ADAAA (2008) Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity, FEHA and other laws governing discrimination of persons with Disabilities
Learners will describe the value of the Interactive Process and other relevant definitions for Disability Case Managers and RTW Specialists
