Holistic Stress Reduction and Burnout Prevention

Self-care is often last on the list of priorities for busy case managers if it is even there. This presentation will present the evidence base for incorporating easy and effective holistic self-care practices and provide active experiential learning through demonstration and participation. Basic techniques will include safe and simple yoga-based movement and breathing, meditation, and aromatherapy that can be done by anyone.
