About

Allison has worked in workers’ compensation and auto-no fault case management for over 20 years. She started her career as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and vocational case manager. In June 2006 she began working as a case manager for The Alaris Group, which was later acquired by Paradigm. During her tenure at Alaris and Paradigm, she has worked in several roles and departments including case management, quality, operational leadership, compliance, and training and education. Throughout that time, she has gained significant experience training and developing case managers and other members of the clinical teams. Her strengths and passion come from developing and implementing outcomes-focused training programs that allow Paradigm to continuously optimize its case management training practices.
