Dr. Jude Verzosa is double board certified in Internal Medicine. His internal medicine practice is mostly centered in geriatric and hospice care. He is a Fellow of the American College of physicians and a Senior Fellow of Hospital Medicine.

He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Rainier Health Network, the Accountable Care Organization arm of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, in charge of over 60,000 lives. Rainier Health Network has been the best performing ACO in the NW with savings of more than $15M year after year for the past 4 years. Dr. Verzosa also serves as the Regional Medical Director for South King County in Washington state.

Recently, Dr. Verzosa has won the Compassion Award along with LuzMarina Tejada, for their trailblazing work on standardizing Advanced Care Planning conversations in the ambulatory setting. Dr. Verzosa also won the Innovation Award, Inspiration Award and Compassion Award for Common Spirit Health. He is the only physician to win all 3 awards in the largest Catholic health system in the United States receiving recognition amongst all the physicians in more than 700 care sites and 142 hospitals in 21 states.
