About

Kelly has worked in case management for 30 years, with 16 years in the workers’ compensation arena. She has held roles in a variety of clinical settings, ranging from a maximum-security female prison to ventilator rehabilitation facilities. Kelly spent 10 years in acute care critical care as a staff nurse and operations manager. She started in the workers’ compensation industry at Reed Group in 2007 and moved to Paradigm in 2019. Initially at Paradigm, she was the District Manager of the Colorado and South Dakota teams, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s field case managers. In 2020, Kelly transitioned to the onboarding team and became the Senior National Onboarding Manager in 2022. In this role, she is responsible for training new Paradigm case managers - including those new to case management and workers’ compensation, as well as experienced case managers. Kelly‘s passion is in training and educating. She looks to provide the next generation of case managers with the skill set, knowledge, and self-assurance needed to manage the most complex workers’ compensation claims.
