About

Michelle has been in catastrophic field case management since 1998, moving into leadership roles in 2011 - present working with injured workers who have sustained catastrophic life altering injuries. Michelle works for Paradigm and worked for a contracted business of Paradigm prior to coming aboard as an employee. Michelle has over 34 years of experience in healthcare and has volunteered in multiple capacities for the Commission for Case Manager Certification since 2008, currently serving on the Board of Commissioners in her second 4-year term. Michelle previously served on the Executive Committee as Chair-Elect, Chair, and Immediate Past Chair respectively.
