About

Rebekah is a seasoned health care professional with extensive clinical experience managing in-patient, out-patient and case management programs throughout Florida. She has spent over 30 years developing high-quality programs. Her key focus has been to ensure the highest quality care within the constructs of state and federal regulations through patient centered programs.

Rebekah started her career in Community Mental Health working with the chronically mentally ill population. She has provided oversight to in-patient and out-patient programs both in the public and private sector and has developed and managed crisis intervention services. Taking her experience to the world of program integrity, Rebekah made significant impact in eliminating fraud, waste and abuse in the Healthcare industry. As a behavioral health leader in the managed care arena, she understands the intricacies of utilization management, clinical review, case management and member centric treatment.
