Tia Delaney is a Registered Nurse and Executive Director/Founder of Eyes of Love Nursing a non-profit organization developed to improve diversity within the nursing industry and address our Nation’s nursing shortage. With over 28 years in the healthcare industry, and previous roles as Director of Patient Care Services, Chief Operating Officer, and Administrator, Tia has overseen the various facets required to deliver quality and competent clinical care to thousands of home health, palliative, hospice, and hospital-based clients. With a focus on the baby-boom and geriatric population, she understands the current healthcare plight America is facing and remains a passionate and dedicated advocate for the enhancement of healthcare services to the underserved, frail, vulnerable, and elderly members within the community. She is also a clinical instructor teaching both theory and clinical skills to nursing students and is certified with the Alzheimer’s Association as a volunteer community educator.
Born in Boston, MA, Tia currently holds a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in education and is a certified clinical case manager. She has formerly served on several professional advisory boards for local homecare agencies and was a member of the educational committee for California Association for Health Services at Home.
