***GUEST PASS includes access to the New World Symposium 2017 Exhibit Hall, Food Functions and Receptions. The guest is NOT entitled to attend any of the plenary or general sessions.
CCM- Full registration rate for CCM board certified case managers. To secure this rate, you must be CCMC board-certified and in good standing at the date of registration. If you have passed the exam, please wait to register until this information appears on your dashboard.
CCM Applicant- Full registration rate for case managers who are in the process of achieving their CCM. To secure this rate, you must be in the process of preparing for the CCM or about to take the exam as of the day of registration. Please wait to register until your dashboard indicates you are officially a candidate.
Exhibits Only- This special pass gets you access only to the exhibit hall, no educational programming is included.
Non-CCM- Full registration for anyone who is not a CCMC board-certified case manager or not currently pursuing certification as outlined above.

CCMC understands that on a rare occasion you might have to change your conference plans. To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation and receipt card must be received by December 16, 2016. Please send your request to CCMC Customer Service at email@example.com.Cancellation requests received by December 16, 2016 will receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee. All requests received after December 16, 2016 will forfeit 100% of monies paid. Refunds will be processed after the January conference.
CCMC will issue full refunds to registrants in the event this conference is cancelled by CCMC (e.g. natural disaster, weather, etc.). Registrants will receive official notification from CCMC to the email address used during registration, updates will also be posted to the conference website. Registrants may expect to receive a refund within 90 days of official notification of cancellation.
