The Symposium is designed for all case managers, both professional and certified. Attendees and speakers have backgrounds in:
- Social Work
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Other Allied Health

How Many Continuing Education Credits Will Be Offered?
Please visit the Continuing Education page of the Symposium website for information regarding continuing education and a list of the types of CE/contact hours being offered.
Will I Have Access to the Session Recordings After the Symposium Has Taken Place?
Continuing Education is a cornerstone of CCMC’s Virtual Symposium and we want to ensure that you are able to earn your CE hours. Once registered for all three days of the Symposium, you will have access to recordings of the sessions after the live event takes place. While we encourage our attendees to participate in the live sessions, as they will offer live Q&A and opportunities to connect with thought leaders across the health care continuum, we want to be accommodating to everyone's schedule.
Can I pay for my registration using a check?
Registration is entirely website based for the 2021 Symposium, and credit card payments are the accepted form of payment. We can not accept checks, however the online system will automatically generate an invoice and confirmation that can be submitted to your employer for reimbursemsent for your convenience.
Am I Allowed to Record Sessions or Presentations at the Symposium?
No, session content is the intellectual property of our speakers. Please do not record sessions or presentations at the Symposium.
Are there Opportunities to Volunteer at the Symposium for Complimentary Registration?
We are not able to accommodate free registrations for volunteers.
When will the Call for Speakers Open?
The Call for Speakers is now closed for CCMC's 2021 Virtual Symposium.
How Should I Dress for this Symposium?
Business casual attire is suggested for all Virtual Symposium sessions.
Is there a Cancellation Policy?
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by August 27, 2021. Cancellation requests received by August 27, 2021, will receive a refund, minus a $175 processing fee. All requests received after August 27, 2021, will forfeit 100% of monies paid. However, please note that any optional outings that require an additional registration fee/ticket is a non-refundable purchase. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are Group Registration Rates Being Offered?
Group registration rates are available for groups of four or more from a single company. Please contact our customer service department for rate options at email@example.com or at 856-380-6836.
What if I Require Special Accommodations?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least four weeks prior to the symposium, at the latest, with details regarding your specific needs. CCMC's 2021 Virtual Symposium complies with all ADA requirements.
