Am I allowed to record sessions or presentations at the Symposium?
No, session content is the intellectual property of our speakers. Please do not record sessions or presentations at the Symposium.
Are there opportunities to volunteer at the meeting for free registration?
We are not able to accommodate free registrations for volunteers.
How should I dress for this Symposium?
Professional dress such as what you would wear to your office or a meeting is suggested. Temperatures may vary widely in the hotel and Symposium area, dressing in layers with a sweater or jacket as an option is always recommended. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
Do you offer group rates?
Group rates are available for companies sending four or more people to CCMC’s New World Symposium. For more information or to register a group, contact Customer Service at 856-380-6836 or email@example.com.
Is there a cancellation policy?
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by January 17, 2019. Cancellation requests received by January 17, 2019 will receive a refund, minus a $175 processing fee. All requests received after January 17, 2019 will forfeit 100% of monies paid. However, please note the Monuments by Moonlight Tour is a non-refundable purchase. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When do I need to book my hotel room by?
The housing deadline for the special discounted rate is January 28, 2019. Please click here for more information on the headquarters hotel.
What if I have dietary restrictions or require special accommodations?
Please email email@example.com at least four weeks prior to the symposium and provide us with your dietary requirements. CCMC's New World Symposium complies with all ADA requirements. If you require special assistance or special accommodations, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
I would like to bring a spouse/guest. Is there a fee?
Yes, the guest registration fee is $250.00. Guest registrations can be purchased online. Guest registration includes access to the Exhibit Hall and any food and beverage functions that may be open to all attendees. Guests are NOT permitted to attend any educational or industry supported sessions.
