Will Speaker Presentation Slides Be Made Available?
Session and slide content is the intellectual property of the speaker(s), and some speakers may have chosen not to share slides or provide handouts. Presentations and/or handouts will be made available within the week following the Virtual Symposium. Presentations and/or handouts will be available for 30 days and can be downloaded/saved directly from each individual session page.
Will I Have Access to the Session Recordings?
Virtual Symposium session recordings will be available to registered attendees following the Symposium (typically within a week). Recordings will be available for 30 days from when they are made available. Attendees will be sent an email containing instructions on how to access the recordings at that time. Some speakers may have chosen not to provide recordings for their sessions. Please note the Table Topics will not be available as post-event recordings. We encourage participation in the live sessions, as they will offer live Q&A and opportunities to connect with thought leaders across the care continuum.
Is There a Cancellation Policy?
To cancel your registration a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by September 19, 2023. Cancellation requests received by September 19, 2023, will receive a refund minus a $175 processing fee. All requests received after September 19, 2023, will forfeit 100% of monies paid. Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days following the conclusion of the Symposium. Please send your request to email@example.com.
When Will the Call for Speakers Open?
The Call for Speakers was open from February 1 - 28, 2023. Submitters were sent a notification via email regarding the status of submissions in April, after the official submission period had closed and all submissions were reviewed.
Can I/My Employer Pay for My Registration Using a Check?
Registration is entirely website based and credit card payments are the accepted form of payment. We cannot accept checks; however, the online system will automatically generate an invoice and confirmation that can be submitted to your employer for reimbursement at your convenience.
Are There Opportunities to Volunteer During the Symposium for Complimentary Registration?
We are not able to accommodate complimentary registrations for volunteers.
How Should I Dress for This Symposium?
Business casual attire is suggested for all Virtual Symposium sessions.
What if I Require Special Accommodations?
CCMC is committed to making the Virtual Symposium accessible to all individuals. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request an accommodation (as identified by the Americans With Disabilities Act) if you require assistance during the Symposium. Please make your request for reasonable accommodations well in advance of the Symposium so that we may best accommodate your needs. Late requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
