Is there Parking On-site?
There is on-site parking, please see below for current rates*

  • Parking fee: 4-8 hours $18 USD or $29 USD daily*

What is the Best Way to Get Updates at the Symposium?
Download the Symposium app, available to download approximately two months prior to the event. 

How Many Continuing Education Credits Will Be Offered?
At this time, we are unable to advise regarding the exact number of CE credits available for each credit type we plan to apply for. As that information becomes available to share as the Symposium approaches, please visit the Accreditation page of the Symposium website for updates. As a helpful point of reference, for the New World Symposium 2019, attendees could claim up to 17 hours of CCMC and CDMS continuing education credits and up to 14 continuing education credits/contact hours for most other credit types the Symposium was approved to offer. However, it's important to note these numbers may change from year to year based on the current year's programming and each accrediting body's guidelines

Am I Allowed to Record Sessions or Presentations at the Symposium?
No, session content is the intellectual property of our speakers. Please do not record sessions or presentations at the Symposium.

Are there Opportunities to Volunteer at the Symposium for Complimentary Registration?
We are not able to accommodate free registrations for volunteers.

When will the Call for Speakers Open?
The Call for Speakers is open from May 23rd through July 14th.  

How Should I Dress for this Symposium?
Professional dress such as what you would wear to your office or a meeting is suggested. Temperatures may vary widely in the hotel and Symposium area, dressing in layers with a sweater or jacket as an option is always recommended. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

Do you Offer Group Registration Rates?
Group rates are available for companies sending four or more people to CCMC’s New World Symposium. For more information or to register a group, contact customer service at 856-380-6836 or symposium@ccmcertification.org.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by January 28, 2020. Cancellation requests received by January 28, 2020, will receive a refund, minus a $175 processing fee. All requests received after January 28, 2020, will forfeit 100% of monies paid. However, please note that any optional outings that require an additional registration fee/ticket is a non-refundable purchase. Please send your request to symposium@ccmcertification.org.

When do I Need to Book my Hotel Room by?
The housing deadline for the special discounted room rate at the Gaylord Rockies is February 10, 2020. 

What if I Have Dietary Restrictions or Require Special Accommodations?
Please email symposium@ccmcertification.org at least four weeks prior to the symposium, at the latest, with details regarding your needs. CCMC's New World Symposium complies with all ADA requirements. 

I Would like to Bring a Spouse/Guest. Is there an Additional Registration Fee for them to Attend?
Yes, the guest registration fee is $250.00. Guest registrations can be purchased online. Guest registration includes access to the Exhibit Hall and any food and beverage functions that may be open to all attendees. Guests are NOT permitted to attend any educational or industry supported sessions. Guest registration does not include optional outings / ticketed events that may require an additional fee. Guests must wear their badge at any guest approved functions they attend.
