General Information
Presentation Slides and/or Handouts
Speaker presentation slides and/or handouts will be made available to registered attendees after the Virtual Symposium. Session/slide content is the intellectual property of the speakers, and some speakers may have chosen not to share their slides or provide handouts. Presentation slides and/or handouts will be available for a limited period of 30 days following the Symposium and can be downloaded/saved prior to that time.
Session Recordings
Virtual Symposium session recordings will be available to registered attendees following the Symposium (typically within a week). Recordings will be available for 30 days from when they are made available. Attendees will be sent an email containing instructions on how to access the recordings at that time. Some speakers may have chosen not to provide recordings for their sessions. Please note the Table Topics will not be available as post-event recordings.
Photography/Recording
The photographing and/or recording of Symposium sessions or presentations by Virtual Symposium attendees is prohibited.
The Commission™ and Symposium may photograph, record in audio and/or video format, and/or live stream sessions taking place during the Symposium. The Commission™ and Symposium may elect to distribute the recordings and associated materials either digitally, as a live stream, or in print (either individually or as part of a compilation). By attending, attendees acknowledge these activities and consent to such recording, capture, and distribution.
The Virtual Symposium contractors, sponsors, and any other The Commission™- approved participants may be photographing and/or audio/video recording events during the Symposium. By attending the Virtual Symposium, you acknowledge these activities and agree they may be used in publications, on their websites, and in any other marketing and promotional materials.
Attire
