This presentation will explore the different roles individuals play within family or group settings, and how these roles impact dynamics and interactions. Additionally, it will cover strategies for effective conflict resolution and address the importance of understanding generational mental health. By examining these topics, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of family dynamics and practical tools for fostering healthier communication and relationships within families.
