Annette Watson is a visionary healthcare leader whose career has focused on transforming healthcare systems to improve outcomes. A successful consultant, she is an experienced case manager and (former) accreditation and managed care executive who writes and speaks extensively on case management and quality topics. She has also served on many professional boards and committees related to case management and healthcare quality, currently serving on the CCMC Professional Development & Education Committee.

Ms. Watson is a registered nurse with bachelor's degrees in nursing and psychology & sociology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in leadership, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Academic Nursing. She is also a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse (HN-BC).

Ms. Watson's expertise extends beyond traditional healthcare practices. Trained in complementary practices including yoga, meditation, reiki, and clinical aromatherapy, she leads workshops and trainings for healthcare professionals. Her knowledge and skills in these areas instill confidence in her ability to guide others in incorporating these methods into their practice for self and patient care.
