Boston Medical Center
Complex Care Nurse Manager
As a pediatric nurse since 2018, I've had the privilege of working at some of the top children’s hospitals in the country, gaining firsthand experience in acute care and complex medical needs. Over the past year, I've transitioned into complex care management, collaborating closely with families, providers, and community partners—including the Department of Children and Families (DCF)—to support medically vulnerable children. This work has shown me how care management is not just about coordinating services, but about building relationships, advocating across systems, and ensuring every child receives holistic, continuous care. These principles apply to all forms of care management, no matter the population—because at its core, it’s about meeting people where they are and helping them thrive.
