IMPORTANT VIRTUAL SYMPOSIUM ACCESS INFORMATION

We strongly encourage you to take a moment to log in to access the Virtual Symposium website in advance of the meeting.

Go to: https://ccmc-virtualsymposium.secure-platform.com/2024
Select “LOGIN” from the upper right-hand corner.
Log in using your existing CCMC account username and password.
(If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here.)

PRE-SYMPOSIUM CHECKLIST

Once you are logged in, please do the following to make the most of your experience:

Spend a few minutes familiarizing yourself with the site.
Bookmark the site for easy access throughout the Symposium.
Keep in mind that all session times are listed in Eastern Time (ET). If desired, you can change the time zone reflected on the "Sessions" page.
Peruse the sessions and plan out your schedule.
You can create a personalized schedule by selecting the star next to the session titles. A "My Favorites" tab will appear at the top showing just those "sessions" you starred.
To access a session, go to the "Sessions" page in the menu, find the session you wish to join and select the "View Session" button to open the session specific page.

To plan for the best user experience, please review these personal device recommendations.

Recommended browser: Google Chrome.
Participating via a laptop or desktop (instead of a mobile device) is highly recommended.
It is highly recommended that you download Zoom to your device versus using it in-browser.
Be sure you have upgraded to the latest version of Zoom.
