Registration Categories
CCM - Registration rate for CCM board-certified case managers. To secure this rate, you must be CCMC board-certified and in good standing at the date of registration. If you have passed the exam, please wait to register until this information appears on your account.
CDMS - Registration rate for CDMS board-certified disability management specialists. To secure this rate, you must be CDMS board-certified and in good standing at the date of registration. If you have passed the exam, please wait to register until this information appears on your account. Non-CCM / Non-CDMS - Registration rate for anyone who is not a CCMC board-certified case manager or a CDMS board-certified disability management specialist.
Non-CCM Government - Discounted registration rate for government employees. If you qualify for the non-CCM Government rate, please contact CCMC customer service at ccmchq@ccmcertification.org or at 856-380-6836 for assistance.
Group Registration - Group registration rates are available for groups of four or more from a single company. The deadline to finalize a group registration is October 3, 2025. Please contact CCMC customer service at ccmchq@ccmcertification.org or at 856-380-6836 for assistance.
