Supporting Recovery, Strengthening Workplaces: The Case for External Workers’ Compensation Programs

Our program has been in existence since 2019. This session will discuss the benefits and struggles of this program. Successful interventions will be highlighted that have contributed to the success of this program. Our external workers compensation case management program brings the injured workers into our facilities and brings the employment community together by fostering a return-to-work attitude. The goal of the program is to get the injured worker back to work seamlessly and timely while being a leader in the community for the employee return to work. This program tracks and provides statistics for employers based on injury data.
