Jeannie LeDoux, MBA, BSN, RN, CCM, CTT+
Former Commissioner
Jeannie has 40+ years of clinical healthcare experience in a variety of venues including payer and provider both domestically and internationally. She has held positions from RN, lead, unit trainer and director. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CHQ), worked as a senior clinical informatics analyst, was a consultant for a legal group, and is a certified professional trainer. She worked in trauma for 20 years and has expertise in leadership, management, and case management. Jeannie was elected to be a Commissioner for the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC) in 2014 and served for 10 years.
Jeannie started her career as an LPN, moved to RN, BSN, and obtained her MBA in Germany while her husband was stationed there with the Air Force. Jeannie is passionate about evidence-based solutions and showing how they can make a difference in patient care. Outside of work, she volunteers as an interpreter for the deaf and works with a foster parenting group. Her happy place is the outdoors, anything to do with being in or on the water, reading, cooking, or gardening. She has recently “retired”, got her bee keeping certification, moved to her family farm and works independently and volunteers cooking for the homeless 2x a month in addition to her other volunteer activities. Jeannie has one grown son, and currently resides with her husband Brian and their pets in Kentucky.
