Jessica Arcoraci, MS, BSN, RN, CCM is the Care Management Supervisor and Population Health Manager for Maryland Primary Care Physicians in Pasadena, MD. Jessica has previous experience in outpatient traditional and worker's compensation case management along with bedside nursing experience in neurotrauma critical care at the world-renowned R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Salem State University in Massachusetts, where she is originally from. She then obtained a Master of Science degree in Health Services Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She obtained her CCM certification through the CCMC in 2019.
Jessica has a passion for population health, health policy, interdisciplinary care management, and health care economics. In her current role, Jessica oversees the care management and population health departments consisting of nurses, pharmacists, social workers, community health advocates, and medical assistants providing clinical and psychosocial care to patients of all ages and payers. Jessica is an active member of the Academy of Certified Case Managers. Jessica currently lives in Pasadena, Maryland with her husband, her two children, three dogs, and two cats.
