Joseph Amodeo is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with over 15 years of experience in human services, specializing in support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). He is the Founder and CEO of Lincoln Square Coaching, a firm dedicated to vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, and career services for individuals with complex support needs.

Joseph is currently pursuing his doctorate in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois. His research explores dialogic organization development, psychological safety in the workplace, and the role of managers in fostering inclusive, learning-centered environments.

Throughout his career, Joseph has worked at the intersection of direct service, policy, and systems transformation. His approach blends person-centered planning with organizational and workforce strategies that promote dignity, autonomy, and long-term success for the people case managers serve.

Joseph is passionate about supporting fellow professionals through evidence-based training, reflective dialogue, and practice-informed leadership. He brings both field experience and research insight to his presentations, offering attendees practical tools and renewed inspiration to advance their work in case management.
