Letisha McCall is a Licensed Social Worker from Atlanta, GA with over 10 years in the mental health field. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Berea College, and her MSW from Washington University in St. Louis. Letisha has served many roles in the mental health field as a peer-counselor for children with incarcerated parents, mental health counselor for youth at a juvenile detention center, and a therapist for survivors of intimate partner violence and human trafficking. In addition to her full-time job, Letisha provides consultation services for nonprofit leaders focusing on anti-racism, DEI, and workplace trauma interventions. Currently, Letisha serves as the Director of Social Services at Policing Alternatives and Diversion Initiative in Atlanta, GA working with unhoused individuals at risk of criminalization due to barriers to resources to be self-sufficient. When she is not serving her community, Letisha enjoys spending quality time with her family, nurturing her garden, and baking for her friends and family.
