RN Care Manager
I am a fellow care manager with a comprehensive background that spans bedside nursing, community nursing, care coordination, education, consulting and executive leadership who truly understands the challenges and rewards of this vital field. Holding triple certification in care management and advanced degrees in nursing and health administration, I bring a comprehensive and a practical perspective to this evolving field that reflects a lifelong commitment to this profession.
Over the years, I have served as a care manager, educator and director of care management - roles that deepened my understanding of the challenges care managers face, as well as the profound impact we have on individuals, families, and communities. I am deeply committed to advancing the profession by supporting others in their growth and certification journey. With a strong focus on the role care managers play in addressing social determinants of health (SDOH), I believe in the power of our profession to drive equity, quality and improved outcomes across the continuum of care.
